A payment scandal at the University of Central Arkansas has claimed another school official when Chief of Staff Jack Gillean recently resigned after more than 15 years with the school, reports local station KAIT8. Previously, President Allen Meadors and Board President Scott Rousell stepped down following revelations that contractor Aramark had paid $700,000 last August to renovate the president's home in return for having its contract renewed.
