Students at American University are using the dating website Tinder to exchange meal plan swipes, reports USA Today. Called Swipe for Swipes, it matches students who indicate on their profiles that they need swipes or have extra swipes.

Here's the plan per the Swipeforswipes.tumblr.com website:

"Alright, AU. So, you need a meal swipe? Or maybe you’ve got tons of leftover meal swipes? Here’s the plan.
1. Log into Tinder.
2. Edit your bio.
3. If you have spare meal swipes, write “I have spare meal swipes.”
4. If you need a meal swipe, write “I need a meal swipe.”
5. Slide your search distance down to one mile.
6. Wait for matches.
7. Now everything in your life is better. That’s symbiosis, folks."
