Daybreak Café debuted at the University of Miami on March 22 and has been seeing lines of students waiting to get their selections from the café’s creative all-day breakfast menu, which features all sorts of iterations of waffles, from traditional chicken and waffles to out-of-the-box creations like quesadilla waffles.

In this FM On Demand video interview, Chef Elizabeth Prado and Marketing Director Alana Henderson of UM’s dining services provider Chartwells Higher Education talk about the Daybreak Café concept, its development, its menu and its role in the overall campus dining program.
