California Baptist University has one of the highest rated campus dining programs on the latest niche.com listing. Here’s a look at a few of the program’s culinary creations, which are produced by contract firm Provider Contract Food Service.

According to the most recent niche.com Best College Food listing, California Baptist University (CBU) has one of the premier campus dining programs in the country. For a more detailed look at the program go here.

The program is operated by contract firm Provider Contract Food Service, a division of Preferred Hospitality Inc., which also operates a commercial restaurant division called Market Broiler.

The CBU foodservice network includes one residential dining outlet called the Alumni Dining Commons, plus various retail outlets ranging from national chains like Chick-fil-A to in-house concepts like El Monte Grill, Foodology, Brisco’s, Magnolia Crossing, Campus Express and Wanda’s Café, all of which prioritize fresh, healthy dishes made onsite.
