A look at Georgetown’s new dining facilities

Aramark has remade the campus foodservice program at this prestigious Washington DC university, starting with completely transforming what had been an antiquated and underused residential dining hall into a two-level dining establishment. The bottom floor was converted into a multi-station, all-you-care-to-eat (AYCTE) Fresh Food Co. platform while the upper floor became Leo Market International Marketplace, a retail food hall with half a dozen branded concepts.
