The West Virginia state capitol will open a new cafeteria food court on January 10th, the first full day of the year’s legislative session. The previous cafeteria was closed in October 2006 after health inspectors found a number of serious violations, including roaches and unclean equipment. The state then spent nearly $4 million to renovate and bring the basement eatery up to code. It will be managed by Guest Services Inc.
