The Eger Health Care and Rehabilitation Center on Staten Island has opened a renovated new retail cafeteria called Outtakes that features an upgraded, healthier menu, reports the Staten Island Advance. Located on the lower-level of the facility, Outtakes is operated by Morrison Management Services and offers gourmet coffee, fresh-baked goods, sandwiches, wraps, packaged salads, yogurts, parfaits, fresh fruit, fruit cups, nutritional snacks and bottled beverages. The renovation also updated the décor, with bright colors on the walls, pastel-colored tables and chairs, a textured carpet, brighter ceiling lights and hanging lighting fixtures over tables.
