Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, is extending the hours for two of its cafes during finals week, The Lantern reports.
Terra Byte Cafe and Berry Cafe, each of which are located inside a library on campus, will be open one hour later than normal during finals week (April 25-May 1), operating from 7:45 a.m. to midnight.
The idea was proposed by a member of the school’s student government committee who wanted a place for students to grab a bite if they planned to stay up late studying.
The university plans to offer extended hours for the cafes during all future finals weeks.
