Oct. 1—Microsoft Corp. officials say its Fargo campus has been honored with two environmental awards for its cafeteria.

The company’s cafeteria has been deemed a three star-certified green restaurant by the Green Restaurant Association. The group’s highest rating is four stars, but only a handful of restaurants nationwide have received that honor.

The ratings are based on environmental categories such as energy, water, waste, chemicals and food disposables.
