Former cafeteria manager files lawsuit

A former cafeteria manager has filed a lawsuit against Baldwin-Whitehall School District, alleging she was wrongfully fired for disposing of food belonging to boosters, according to Triblive.

Kristy Morgan filed her civil complaint Oct. 14, stating that she had followed procedure, tossing what she believed to be improperly stored food. Triblive reports she seeks lost wages, reinstatement and compensatory damages.

BWSD officials could not be reached for comment, Triblive says.
