Koch Industries has closed the cafeteria that regularly feeds the 2,600 employees at its Wichita, KS, headquarters while it is undergoing renovations, reports the Wichita Eagle. Dining services provider Eurest Dining Services is making due with a remote kitchen and temporary cafe, and the company also engaged a local food truck operator to come to the premises one day a week. The remodeled cafeteria is scheduled to reopen in September.
