The foodservice staff at Ada Exempted Village School District in Ada, Ohio, uses creative displays to encourage students to eat healthy while meeting USDA requirements, The Courier reports.

Other methods have included making heart-shaped sandwiches for Valentine’s Day and crafting animals and insects out of produce.

Foodservice Director Ann Hersey said that she finds most of her display ideas on Pinterest.
