Cafe Services Relocating HQ

Cafe Services, Inc., is moving its headquarters from Londonderry, N.H., to a building in Manchester, N.H., where it will occupy about 12,000 square feet in the East Industrial Park. The fast growing contract management firm reported sales of $34 million in 2013, a substantial bump up from the $27 million it realized in 2012. Sales for 2014 are expected to be over $40 million (final figures will be published in the 2015 FM Top 50 Contract Management Companies listing, coming in March). Cafe Services operates dining for 53 school districts in New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as for corporate clients like Comcast and National Grange Mutual Insurance in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The new headquarters operation includes a test kitchen to develop recipes for client sites.
