The University of Wyoming’s Residence Life and Dining Services has opened Encore Cafe, a new dining location, in its newly renovated Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts. The menu incorporates freshly made packaged sandwiches and salads, some exclusive to Encore, as well as Thomas Hammer branded coffee and a variety of fresh pastries from the school’s own Rolling Mill Bakery, which also supplies baked goods, breads and sweets to various other campus dining locations, including its own cafe outlet in the Wyoming Union.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to serve students, faculty and staff on the east side of campus, and hope that we will attract customers not only in the performing arts building, but also from Information Technology, the law school and athletics,” said Assistant Director of Dining Services Marta Givens in a news release from the school.

Cafe hours are 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
