Bon Appetit Management Co. is promoting the cafe it runs inside the Starbucks headquarters in Seattle as a tourist dining destination through social media outlets like Twitter and Facebook, reports the Seattle Weekly. The cafe, called the SoDo Kitchen, is on the third floor of the building and offers sustainably sourced breakfast and lunch options from six hot food stations. Bon Appetit also operates a sushi bar and taqueria on another floor of the Starbucks headquarters that is not open to the public.
