Boise State University opened its newest café, the Boise River Café, on January 22. Replacing a previous venue called the Table Rock Café, the 19,000-sq.ft., 350-seat Boise River Café is located on the bottom floor of the Student Union Building and features six dining stations. They include a grill, a salad bar, a deli, a bakery, an international station and a homestyle station. The venue will be overseen by new Boise State Executive Chef Robert McDaniel.
