Patina Restaurant Group has added Michael Tully as director of business development in order to boost business for the company nationwide in segments such as cultural and performing arts centers, museums, sports arenas, aquariums and B&I. It operates restaurants in a number of high-profile onsite venues, including Patina Restaurant in Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, Leatherby’s Café Rouge at the Orange County (CA) Performing Arts Center and the Grand Tier Restaurant at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.
