Even though shifting employee populations on Microsoft’s Redmond, Wash., campus have made it a smart move for the Compass Group foodservice operation to focus on simplifying its burger program, these weekly specials show that it’s hard to keep a good specialty burger down. While maintaining the simplicity of low-touch point burger menus, these specials and LTOs pop up just when burgers might get boring (if that’s possible).
