Florida-based healthcare staffing firm Advance Medical offers its employees one free beer on Fridays to reward them for their efforts and to boost morale, reports the Daytona Beach News-Journal. The program, called Beer Cart Fridays, is part of an employee appreciation effort that also includes initiatives like barbecues during working hours and being given the day off on one's birthday.
