Herb & Ranch, the onsite dining outlet at UCI Research Park next to the University of California Irvine, is a premium foodservice venue operated by celebrity chef Brian Malarkey, with four food stations offering a range of dining options from seared salmon and panini sandwiches to gourmet salads and poke bowls. Customers get their selections quickly and either take them away or enjoy them in either the food hall’s bright, airy seating areas or outside on the patio or adjacent grounds.
