Each district of the city has different ethnic neighborhoods, so we offer a variety of seasonings on our popular antibiotic-free roasted chicken to fit the population. One area gets a Puerto Rican flavor profile, another Asian and another Southern barbecue.

The Sabroso version shown here—made with a Latin-style seasoning mixture containing oregano, chili powder, garlic, cumin and paprika—is served with Spanish-style yellow rice.
