When we introduced this snack to the micromart kiosks, we kept running out. So we had to re-engineer the process—cutting them into squares instead of rolling into balls—for improved speed of production.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup honey
Steps
Combine all ingredients and roll into 1-ounce balls. Or, spread into sheet pan and cut into squares. Refrigerate until service.
Yield: 25 pieces
