We do a program called Texas Fresh Focus. Each month, we feature a food from Texas for a weeklong event in all retail areas. For example, last week the featured item was Texas Gulf shrimp, and we used it in a different entrée every day. It has been extremely popular; often some of our guests would never try, or even know, these particular food items are from Texas.
