Ingredients

4 apples (8 oz. juice)
3 celery stalks
1 oz. ginger
1/2 lemon (with rind)
2 oranges, peeled
Handful spinach

Steps

  1. Wash and peel vegetables.

  2. Place into juicer.

  3. Blend juice extract.

  4. Add ice and serve.
