Creamy peanut butter and soy milk combine to make a healthy smoothie, great for K-12 operations.
1 cup soy milk (vanilla or plain)
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp. peanut butter (or substitute)
2 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients into high-speed blender; purée until smooth. For slushier consistency, add more ice. Serve in 20-oz. cup.
